ABOUT
Cara joined ABBAS in Sept 2021 having qualified as a solicitor at a city firm in 2020. After secondment to the media team at BT, Cara worked in the data protection team there before joining ABBAS.
Cara works across both the Legal & Compliance and Legal & Business Affairs teams at ABBAS.
EXPERIENCE
During her time at ABBAS, Cara has worked across a variety of programmes, providing legal and regulatory content advice for programmes including Celebs Go Dating, Geordie Shore and Caught on Dashcam, as well as copyright and fair dealing advice for programmes including Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, Jews Don’t Count, A League of Their Own, and Pamela: A Love Story.
Cara also provides TV business affairs and data protection advice to production companies, drafting and advising on a wide range of documents and issues.
WHEN NOT WORKING
Cara can be found walking her puppy, Stella, cycling around London and going to gigs or to the theatre.
