Working as a personal assistant, often at executive level, Karen has worked in the television industry for over 25 years. She started out in Channel 4’s legal and compliance department back in its early days, when it was busy breaking just about every taboo going and upsetting the Daily Mail. It was there that she first met Nigel.

Karen has since worked for a number of leading independent production companies, including Talkback Thames and the Jim Henson Company.
After an exhausting 3-year hiatus as a gourmet street food purveyor, Karen realised that her true strengths lie in organising and assisting others and returned to being a PA in 2013 to support Nigel in expanding his legal practice
